Free and Confidential Military Counseling

For Veterans, GIs, and their family members or friends.

Veterans for Peace were denied approval to March in the Denver Veterans Day Parade. After negotiations between Frank Bessinger, the Veterans Council and a representative from the Mayor’s office we were given permission to march for Peace.

Colorado Veterans for Peace and Iraq Veterans Against the War demonstrated in front of the Canadian consulate on July 14^th, 2008. We made a plea to Canada that she should allow Iraq Veteran, war resistors to remain in Canada. Representatives from the consulate accepted a petition that stated our plea.
